State Cash

Florida's cash balances are an indicator of what money the state can spend. Cash is divided into multiple fund types. General Revenue (GR) is the State's primary operating fund. Trust Funds are funds that receive monies by the state which under law or trust agreement are segregated for a purpose authorized by law. The Budget Stabilization Fund is used to stabilize the budget when needed.
